- TUNGSTEN BEAD HEADS SINK FAST INTO THE STRIKE ZONE: Heavy tungsten beads get your zebra midge down quickly where trout actually feed—essential for Euro nymphing, tight-line techniques, and indicator rigs in deeper runs where lighter brass flies never reach bottom-hugging fish
- HAND-TIED ON CHEMICALLY SHARPENED HOOKS THAT HOLD: Each fly is individually tied on razor-sharp size 18, 20, and 22 hooks—no dull points, no sloppy thread wraps that unravel after one fish, just quality fly fishing nymphs built to penetrate fast and stay pinned through the fight
- EXACT SIZES SELECTIVE TROUT DEMAND (18, 20, 22): You get the precise small profile midge sizes that picky tailwater and spring creek trout actually eat—including the tiny size 22s most fly fishing flies assortments skip because they're harder to tie right
- 4 PROVEN COLORS FOR EVERY WATER CONDITION: Black for universal confidence, Black/Silver for flash in clear tailwaters, Red for triggering aggressive strikes and matching blood midge hatches, Black/Gold for visibility at depth—each color catches fish, not just fills a box
- ESSENTIAL PATTERN WHEN NOTHING ELSE WORKS: Zebra midges imitate chironomid larvae—the #1 food trout eat year-round—making this your go-to for tough winter days, pressured tailwaters, and frustrating sessions when dry flies and streamers get ignored
- Perfect for Indicator and Tandem Rigs – Fish alone or pair with other nymphs for fly fishing in a two-fly setup.
