The Paper Crane embodies honor, prosperity, devotion, and longevity. These remarkable traits imbue the crane with profound significance, leading the Japanese to believe that crafting 1,000 origami cranes bestows good fortune and fulfills wishes. This artwork draws inspiration from the tale 'You Can Fly On Paper Wings', featuring a foundation of torn music sheet paper adhered to the canvas. I then employ layers of pencil shading for the intricate facial details, pointillism with acrylic paint for her hair and the backdrop, imparting each piece with texture and depth.
