In her new series, Cuban Beach & Cuban Cars, Julia Christe offers a fresh, humorous perspective on life in the Caribbean. While staying true to her distinct style, she presents a unique view of the land and people, steering clear of typical clichés. Christe captures Cuba's iconic classic cars in a novel way, photographing them against a backdrop of the sea as they drive along the shore. The summer day's expansive, bright horizon contrasts with the waves crashing over the passing cars and their occupants. With her keen eye for detail and exceptional lighting skills, Christe showcases an extraordinary, lively side of Cuba that's off the beaten path.
