Vintage Blue Rhinestone Floral Burst Brooch
Striking vintage statement brooch featuring a dimensional floral burst design. Faceted marquise and round blue rhinestones radiate outward from an iridescent aurora borealis center stone, all set in a silver-tone metal. The layered construction gives depth and sparkle, catching light from every angle. A bold yet elegant piece that works beautifully on coats, dresses, scarves, or hats.
HISTORY/FUNFACTS/DESIGNER INFO:
The aurora borealis center stone reflects a coating technique popularized in the 1950s, prized for its shifting rainbow effect under light. Floral spray and burst designs like this were especially popular for cocktail and evening wear.
Very good vintage condition. Stones appear intact and secure. Pin back functions properly. Minor age-appropriate wear to metal consistent with vintage pieces.
