The system consists of a powder coated metal railing attached to two industrial strength suction cups. As long as the mounting surface is clean and smooth, these cups will grip tight. The included polypropylene brackets, two for holding tanks and one for holding a speargun, are sturdy, and adjustable to fit most standard tank diameters. The tank brackets fold down when not in use to prevent bumping and breakage.
