- CNC PRECISION MACHINED AVIATION ALUMINUM BODY — PROFESSIONAL FIBER CLEAVER FOR DAILY SPLICING: The TM20 body is machined from aviation-grade aluminum using CNC precision manufacturing — ensuring consistent blade contact geometry, stable cleave angle, and zero flex under repeated one-hand operation. The high-quality slider rail runs smooth with zero side-play, delivering flat end-face preparation on every cleave. Achieves ≤0.5° cleave angle with bare fiber diameter 125μm across single-mode G.652 and multimode fiber types. Designed and validated for professional daily use in FTTH, FTTB, and fiber-to-the-desk deployments.
- 24-POSITION BLADE WITH 48,000 CLEAVE LIFE AND AUTO-RETURN MECHANISM: The TM20 tungsten steel blade has 24 indexed cleaving positions — 50% more than standard 16-position cleavers — extending blade life to 48,000 total cleaves before replacement. The automatic rebound slider rail returns to the open position after each cleave without manual reset, increasing work throughput during high-volume FTTH installation sessions. Blade position indexes automatically; no manual height adjustment tool required.
- INTEGRATED 3-IN-1 FIBER FIXTURE — BARE FIBER, PIGTAIL & DROP CABLE IN ONE CLEAVER: The TM20's 3-in-1 fiber fixture handles 0.25mm bare fiber, 0.9mm tight-buffered pigtail, and 3.0mm jacketed leather cable without adapter changes. Cutting length range: 7–16mm providing flexibility for different splice protection sleeve requirements. The built-in fiber scrap collector captures cut waste inside the cleaver housing. Anti-broken fiber design prevents fiber crushing even in cold-weather field conditions below 0°C.
- COMPLETE FIBER OPTIC CUTTER FOR FTTH INSTALLATION, FIBER SPLICING & NETWORK MAINTENANCE: The TM20 handles the full FTTH workflow — drop cable termination, loose-tube cable splicing, pigtail preparation, and patch cord end-face preparation. Compatible with all major fusion splicers. Compact at 328g — lighter than most 24-position alternatives — fits alongside a fusion splicer in any standard FTTH tool bag. The compact design enables precise one-hand cleave initiation even in confined spaces.
- QIIRUN TM20 — PROFESSIONAL FIBER CLEAVER WITH DIRECT MANUFACTURER SUPPORT: The TM20 is purpose-built for fiber splicers and FTTH installation teams who need reliable daily-use performance. CNC aviation aluminum body, 24-position blade, auto-return mechanism, and ≤0.5° cleave angle — matched to field requirements, not lab specifications. QIIRUN provides direct manufacturer technical support and spare parts availability. Package includes: QIIRUN TM20 Fiber Cleaver × 1 | Inner Hexagon x 1 | Fiber Scrap Collector (built-in) | Carry Case × 1 | User Manual × 1.
