Aero-gard barriers block aerosols by coalescing radioactive, chemical or biological contaminants before they can come in contact with pipettor shafts. Effectively eliminates unwanted signals induced by resdual RNA/DNA Transfered in trace amounts by aerosol cross-contamination. Also acts as a safety barrier against accidental over-pipetting of liquid without risk of sample lock-up. Aerogard/unifit tips are compatible for use with unipette, pipetman, eppendorf, and other pipettors. Autoclavable (polymer-based filter).
