The regulation of Quantum: New regulatory frameworks for the next big disruption

In this book, the author analyzes worlwide current regulations on quantum technologies and examines the main regulatory initiatives, with a special focus on the European Union and, in particular, the Spanish experience. The aim is to provide an overview of the current legislative landscape -including strategies, national security and control exportation regulations, and soft law- and to identify gaps that need to be addressed in order to adequately regulate one of the latest disruptive emerging technologies and its impact on numerous aspects of society, specially cybersecurity and corporate liability.
