- Material & Sizing: Crafted from high-quality rubber, it offers exceptional abrasion resistance, excellent air retention, and good elasticity for reliable reuse. The pipe plug is clearly marked with size numbers indicating the diameter in millimeters. Select the appropriate size based on your specific pipeline dimensions for optimal performance.
- Easy to Use: Simply select the appropriately sized plug for the pipeline being tested, insert it into the pipe, and inflate it until it conforms snugly to the pipe wall. The integrated chains attached to both handles allow for secure positioning and testing at various depths within the pipeline.
- Excellent Sealing Performance: Crafted from high-quality rubber, the inflatable pipe plug expands when filled with air. Once internal pressure reaches the specified level, it fully conforms to and fills the pipe interior, creating an effective seal. It is particularly suitable for water blockage tests, leak detection, temporary water stoppage during pipeline maintenance, and other repair and testing tasks—making it a reliable assistant in pipeline construction and engineering maintenance.
- Versatile Applications: The water seal airbag, also known as a pipe plug, pipeline stoppage bag, or rubber inflatable pipe plug, is primarily used in scenarios such as drainage and sewer pipeline rehabilitation, hydrostatic testing, and more. It can rapidly block water flow, making it an ideal tool for temporarily sealing flows during underground pipeline maintenance. Suitable for a variety of settings, it is commonly used in hydraulic engineering, road and bridge construction, building sites, and hydrostatic testing.
- Usage Precautions: 1.The maximum air pressure should be 0.015–0.02 MPA. Do not exceed this range — inflation is only intended to block water flow; 2.Temperature range for this product's application scenario: -30°C to 120°C; 3.The pipeline must be thoroughly cleaned, with a smooth and burr-free interior surface, otherwise sealing effectiveness may be compromised or the plug damaged; 4.Select the appropriately sized plug according to the product’s recommended specifications. Do not substitute with a smaller plug; 5.Avoid positioning the plug at pipe joints or connection points; 6.When not in use, store the plug in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight;
