Sram's Level is our go to upgrade in the service shop when we have an older bike come in with failed brakes. They are well priced, offer consistent performance, and have reasonable power for the price.
Looking for more power on a budget? Look at TRP's Slate
Looking for more power with the lightest lever feel in the business? Look at Hayes Dominions.
Looking for the most power? Look at Sram Mavens.
Note: We only stock these brakes in "rear" this is because the lever is flip/flop compatible and can be run on either side. Simply cut the hose to you preferred length and you can run the brake front or rear.
