- Easy Single-Speed Conversion for Shimano HG Freehubs:Designed for standard 7–12 speed Shimano HG freehub bodies. Includes CNC 7075 aluminum single speed cog and precision spacer set (5mm, 7mm, 12mm) for a true complete conversion—no extra parts required. Not compatible with Microspline or SRAM XD drivers.
- Unmatched Strength & Chain Security: Machined from solid aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum in a one-piece design (not a weak split ring), it withstands hard jumps and pedal mashing. The extra-tall, narrow-wide teeth grip your 7-12 speed chain tightly, dramatically reducing the risk of annoying and dangerous chain drops.
- Engineered for Stability & Longevity: The 9mm thick base acts like a sturdy foundation, distributing pedaling forces evenly to protect your expensive freehub from damage. Combined with perfect roundness and a precision tooth profile, this cog delivers smoother engagement and outlasts ordinary aluminum cogs.
- Ultra-Lightweight for a Responsive Ride: Weighing just 66 grams, our cog reduces rotational mass compared to heavy steel cogs. Feel the difference with quicker acceleration and a more lively, connected feel to your drivetrain, whether commuting, tricking, or hitting the dirt jumps.
- Precision Spacers for Perfect Chainline: Achieve a silent, efficient setup every time. The included spacer combo (5mm, 7mm, 12mm) allows for exact chainline alignment, eliminating chain rub and wobble. Built for DIY enthusiasts and backed by our quality promise—build your dream bike with total confidence.
