Silipot's Silicone Steamer drops into any pot or pan and turns it into a steamer in seconds — no separate bamboo basket, no metal insert that scratches. The flexible food-grade silicone collapses for storage, expands to support dumplings, dim sum, fish fillets, broccoli, eggs, or rice cakes, and comes out of the dishwasher looking new.
Sized at 9.1″ × 8.6″ × 2.1″ (230 × 218 × 52.7 mm), it fits most 8″–10″ pots. Made entirely from platinum-catalyzed silicone (no metal mesh, no plastic frame to crack) — heat-resistant from −40°F to 482°F, BPA-free, FDA-approved, dishwasher safe.
