Royal Icing Mix

Global Sugar Art Premium Royal Icing Mix is a professional-strength royal icing mix used by cake decorators and home bakers to pipe royal icing flowers, decorate cookies, and build gingerbread houses – just add water and beat to your desired consistency.

• Stronger, firmer hold than standard royal icing – ideal for piping royal icing flowers, assembling gingerbread houses, and any application where a sturdier set is needed.
• Great for decorated cookies – dries firm and glossy in 12 hours with a delicious taste. Decorated cookies can be stacked and frozen after setting.
• Easy to use – just add water and beat to your desired consistency, from stiff peaks for piped flowers to a softer flood consistency for cookies.
• Comes in a 15 oz resealable bag – keeps fresh stored at room temperature in a cool, low-humidity environment.
