Extra long multi-grade twist drill with cylindrical shank. The multi-problem solver in the deep hole area drill for deeper bores. Due to the ultra shallow groove profile (wide flutes angle, larger side rake angle) extra long drills also reach the required stability (the core is strengthened, also without increase) and can simultaneously transport the chips well. For large drilling depths (10 to 15 x .., depending on the material), it is advisable to lift the drill at regular intervals, Usage: for medium and long-chipping materials with a tensile strength up to a maximum of 1200 N/mm2, for AI/copper/AlSi alloys, soft bronze, electrolytic copper, tough brass, stainless steels, V2 A and V4 A steels, titanium, titanium alloys.
