Protect your nesting birds from squirrels and predators
Keep your nesting birds safe by adding this durable metal portal protector to the entrance hole of your existing birdhouse. Squirrels often chew and enlarge entry holes to gain access to nests—but they can’t chew through metal. This sturdy protector reinforces the entrance so your birds can come and go easily while their nest remains secure.
Made from zinc-coated steel with brass hardware, this protector is designed to last through years of outdoor use. Installation is quick and easy—simply attach it over the entrance hole of your current birdhouse using the included hardware.
- Metal portal protector only – attaches to your existing birdhouse
- Reinforces entry hole to prevent squirrels from enlarging it
- Chew-proof zinc-coated steel construction
- Brass mounting hardware included
- Helps protect nestlings until they fledge
- Quick and easy installation
