- 【Set includes】 1/4" (6.3mm), 3/8" (9.5mm), 1/2" (12.7mm), 5/8" (15.9mm), 3/4" (19mm), 7/8" (22.2mm), 1" (25.5mm), 1-3/8" (35mm) forstner bits
- 【2.00mm Super Thick Blade】Adopts industrial grade 2.0mm thickness YG8 blade, which extends the service life by 10 times compared to 1.3mm thick blade
- 【High Quality】Positioning drills and blades are made of YG8, hardness ≥ 91HRA, bending strength up to 2200N/cm2, resharpenable. The shank rod is made of No. 45 steel, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant. After quenching, the hardness is extremely high, effectively avoiding shank bending during use
- 【Super Accurate】We use a fully automated production line, the product accuracy is up to 99%, the error of drilling holes is within 0.1mm, it is a good choice for high precision drilling work (for hardwoods choose the corresponding size, for softwoods choose a size smaller by 0.2-0.5mm)
- 【Note】 The drilling process needs to be kept vertical and it is recommended that a tool such as a vise be used to keep the material stable so that a smooth, accurately sized hole can be obtained. Set slow drilling speed till the drill bit is completely located, then gradually accelerate speed. The rotational speed is controlled at 2200~2500RPM for better effect
- 【Widely Applications】 The Forstner hole saw is perfect for wood, plastic, plywood, solid wood boards,MDF,plastics, furniture, door hinge, desk, etc.Note: Can not drill metal and non-ferrous metal
- 【Warm Tips】For large-size Forstner drill bits (≥60mm), it is best to use machines with good fixation performance for drilling operations, such as drill presses, bench drills, vertical drill presses and vertical electric drills, etc. If you must use a hand electric drill to operate , be sure to use a high-power electric hand drill, and it is best to use it with a vise with good fixation effect. Otherwise, good hole opening effect will not be achieved
