- Is the 2700K warm white glow too yellow or too harsh? - No. Larkvue S11 LED bulbs emit a balanced 2700K warm white - noticeably different from overly yellow amber bulbs. It's bright enough to illuminate your backyard, patio, or garden beautifully, yet soft and inviting without appearing harsh or sterile
- Can I use these lights with my existing dimmer switch? - Yes, but with a specific compatibility note. Larkvue string lights are dimmable and work with most standard trailing-edge (LED-compatible) dimmers - the common type found in many homes. However, smart dimmers are not compatible. For optimal performance, use a trailing-edge dimmer. This gives you full control to set the mood from bright dinner parties to soft movie nights
- Are the bulbs shatterproof and waterproof for rainy weather? - Yes. Built with IP65 waterproof construction, these lights handle summer drizzle, winter frost, and wind-blown debris - rain or shine. More importantly, the bulbs are shatterproof plastic, not fragile glass. This makes them a worry-free choice for families with children and pets: no sharp shards if accidentally bumped or knocked by a toy
- How many strands can I connect together for a large backyard? - You can connect up to 50 strands end‑to‑end (not in parallel), covering extensive decks, pergolas, or even wedding venues. The 2.4ft bulb spacing is denser than the common 3.2ft spacing, so you get more even, elegant illumination across large areas - no dark gaps. Each socket has a built‑in clip for quick hanging on wire ropes
- What's included in the package? - Package includes: 1 x 25ft strand, 11 x S11 LED bulbs (1 spare) and 1 x manual. Note: Tighten each bulb before use. This is not solar-powered (standard plug-in), and the package does not include a dimmer or remote. Perfect for gardens, backyards, tents, pool umbrellas, porches, balconies, gazebos, fences, parties, and cafes. If you lose a bulb, the included spare gets you running immediately
