If you are equally comfortable dropping into big mountain lines, tight tree shots, and big features in the park, we've designed and shaped the Owen for you. Minimalist styling with nods to our Ledge helmet is married to premium innovations like our Spherical Technology (powered by Mips®) to create a helmet that is equally comfortable dropping into a big mountain line or running trees-to-groomers-to-park laps with friends. With our riders looking for clean styling, we've developed our new Thermostat Stealth adjustable venting system that still lets you control air flow, but puts the control inside to keep the aesthetics intact. Armed with our In Form 2 Fit System, the Owen lets riders quickly adjust the sizing of the helmet, while also fine-tuning vertical fit. Details like a Fidlock® magnetic buckle and breathable Ionic+® Fleece finish off the Owen for a full day of comfort rolling through the mountains. Freeride technology with a park attitude, the Owen is team-driven and locals-approved.
- MARKET-LEADING PROTECTION: Engineered in Giro's category-leading helmet test lab.
- SPHERICAL Mips: A refinement and evolution of the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System (Mips). With this sophisticated design, two layers of EPP foam fit together like a ball-and-socket. The system helps protect from rotational energy.
- STEALTH THERMOSTAT CONTROL - With our riders looking for clean styling, we've developed our new Thermostat Stealth adjustable venting system that still lets you control air flow, but puts the control inside to keep the aesthetics intact.
- FIT SYSTEM - In Form 2 Fit System lets riders quickly adjust the sizing of the helmet, while also fine-tuning the vertical fit of the helmet.
- FEATURES - Spherical Mips, Stealth Internal Thermostat Control, Fidlock Magnetic Buckle, Breathable Ionic+ Fleece Lining, Removable ear pads, Vertical Tuning, Stack Vent. Compatible with aftermarket audio systems.
