The strikingly beautiful Fionia Tray is a celebration of function and aesthetic appeal. Made with sustainability in mind, the tray’s base is made with leftover pieces of wood from furniture production to minimize waste. With everyday usefulness, the easy-to-carry tray has generous grips carved into each end to ensure carrying items around the home or garden is simple and intuitive. Ideal for larger servings in everyday life and at parties due to its size and elegant functionality.
The Large 52x36 Fionia Tray is made to sit seamlessly on top of the Fionia Stool.
Fionia was designed by Jens Quistgaard (1919–2008), a Danish designer whose works became synonymous with Scandinavian Modern. He apprenticed under Georg Jensen and developed from being a draughtsman and relief-maker to a sculptural designer. His designs were exhibited at trade fairs and homes around the world.
