Shout out to the true chile heads! If you enjoy more than a little heat, and crave the burn, this is the pepper you will love. Very hot with a complex sweet and fruity flavor. Our natural, non-GMO Carolina Reaper packs a powerful heat at 1.5M to 2M SHUs. Our Carolina Reaper fine ground pepper, crushed flakes and dry whole pods are very hot (spicy) so use with common sense and caution as its heat is a classic 'creeper heat'. The heat intensifies after eating so start with a very small taste test to gauge your heat tolerance. This is a delicious pepper that is great for sauces, chicken wings, Bar B Que, crawfish and seafood boils, marinades, jams, seasonings, chili beans, and stews. Don't forget spicy drinks too! Easily make spicy cocktails or other spiced up beverages. Spicy desserts are all the rage now as well - goes great with chocolate! Adding a sprinkle to your dishes and drinks will elevate your family, friends, or customer's dining experience from good to great. Enjoy. Simple Ingredients: 100% Red Carolina Reaper Chili Peppers. All of our chili pepper products are natural. We do not use: fillers, artificial flavors or colors - no MSG. Pampered in the field, selectively handpicked, and inspected. We support small farmers with fair-trade integrity. Packaging is food grade, recyclable, re-closable (4 mil thick) stand-up pouch bag. Packaged in the USA.
