- 【Intelligent Emergency Brake Release and Reset Tool】Our EPB release tool is equipped with an advanced electronic parking brake emergency drive system with a core processor. Dual-channel forward and reverse bidirectional precise control allows for rapid release or application of the electronic parking brake (EPB), effectively resolving EPB malfunctions. Compared to forced disassembly or violent reset methods, using the EPB release tool significantly reduces repair costs and saves a lot of time.
- 【Versatile Application Scenarios】EPB release tool is an essential tool for electronic brake fault diagnosis, brake caliper repair or brake pad replacement, vehicle movement at 4S or repair shops, and emergency vehicle rescue. EPB service tool can quickly release the brake, preventing damage to the motor, brake wheel cylinders, calipers, and tires due to forced disassembly, extending component lifespan. It's a worthwhile tool for DIY enthusiasts, auto mechanics or roadside assistance services.
- 【2 Connection Ways for Wide Compatibility & 6.5FT Cable】Our emergency electronic parking brake release and reset tool is equipped with an EPB interface and two pairs of terminal connectors. 2 connection ways are widely compatible with most gasoline, hybrid, and electric vehicles. It is powered by a 12V battery. Operating Voltage: DC 10V~14V; Operating Current: <15A. Electronic parking brake tool is equipped with 6.56FT Cable(3.28ft input cable+3.28ft output cable).
- 【Overcurrent/Overvoltage/Short-Circuit Protection】The EPB brake release and reset tool is equipped a built-in 5A fast-blow fuse. In the event of overcurrent, overvoltage or short circuit, the fuse will immediately blow and cut off the circuit, effectively protecting the EPB release tool, motor, and brake cylinder from damage. ( 2 spare fuses are included in the package for replacement.)
- 【Overload/Reverse Polarity Protection & Self-Test】When applying or releasing the EFB, the voltage output will only last for 1 second and automatically stop, even if the brake or release button is pressed and held, preventing overdrive damage to the motor and brake caliper. EFB release tool also can prevent damage caused by incorrect power supply polarity connection. It will perform a self-test when power on, the green indicator will on when power is normal, providing clear status at a glance.
- 【Easy Operation】1.Connect the clamps to a spare 12V battery, power indicator will on; 2.Connect EPB terminals or connector of EPB tool to vehicle's external EPB drive port; 3. Brake caliper: Press the I switch and release it immediately when hear the motor stop running; 4. Release caliper: Press the II switch and release it immediately when hear the motor idling. NOTE: If motor's response during operation does not match the description, the motor's forward and reverse direction may be reversed.
