We have designed a metal bracket with an anti-rust surface specifically for our cable pulley. โ The edges of the bracket undergo a chamfering process, removing sharp corners to form a smooth, rounded transition surface, solving the problem of cables being scratched by the bracket during pulling. โก The anti-rust metal surface is durable and will not rust, making it suitable for outdoor use. โข The shoulder of the bracket maintains only a 0.015-inch gap from the outer edge of the roller, effectively preventing cables from getting stuck or jumping over the pulley edge during long-distance pulling, ensuring safe operation
Extra 30 pcs Cable Ties Included. Before routing your cables, you can use these complimentary ties to easily bundle and organize them neatly. If you are dealing with a large number of cables, this effectively prevents tangling and makes the entire routing process faster and less strenuous. The ties are reusable; once your cabling is complete, simply remove and store them for convenient use in the future
EASETOOL Cable Pulley with Deepened Cable Groove. Its high-capacity design accommodates up to 20 CAT5/CAT6 cables simultaneously, significantly improving installation efficiency, especially for bulk cabling scenarios. The deepened groove is compatible with various cable types, including low-voltage electrical, network, and coaxial cables
The pulley is equipped with anti-friction ball bearings to ensure smooth and effortless pulling, reducing friction on the cable and allowing for steady, easy installation. โก 360ยฐ Swivel Ring โ The swivel ring rotates freely to keep the cable perfectly aligned with the pulling direction, eliminating obstructions even during 90-degree turns. โข Snap Design โ The snap design allows for easy attachment to any anchor point; simply open the snap, insert or remove the cable roller, saving valuable working time
Specifically designed for both residential and professional cabling installations, this tool set allows for the effortless routing of low-voltage and network cables across long distances, at elevated heights, and around 90ยฐ, effectively eliminating the physical strain typically associated with pulling cables. Made of high-quality materials: โ The pulley body is made of robust ABS plastic, offering a lightweight yet impact-resistant structure; โก The bracket, swivel ring, and latch are crafted from iron and treated with a rust-proof surface finish, providing effective resistance against moisture and corrosion. Easy to use and requiring no assembly
