We suggest it should be seasoned before use. Here are some tips for you: put a cup of distilled water stay in the humidor for about 1-2 days, wait till the temperature and humidity became 65%-70%, take out the cup, then put your cigars inside it.
- Method 2【Season Cigar Humidor Before Using】 Soak the humidifier in distilled water for about 15 minutes. Then wipe down the humidor with distilled water to moisturize dry cedar wood. When the humidity gets between 65%-75%, put your cigars into it.
