- 【HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS】- The brake caliper compression tool is made of high-quality carbon steel, which has excellent strength and toughness, high hardness, and is not easily deformed; The external black oxidation treatment can prevent rust and is suitable for long-term use. The handle is made of anti slip rubber, and the soft frosted anti slip rubber handle provides comfortable balance stress and anti slip grip. The extended handle and double rivet design can easily achieve the transition from unfolding to
- 【360 ° ROTATING RATCHET DESIGN】- The 360 ° Rotating Ratchet Design allows the brake caliper clamping tool to allow you to pull the handle back and forth to unfold or retract the clamping plate while keeping it in place and preventing damage to the brake components. The adjustment switch allows for quick switching between unfolding and compression modes. Turning the clamping plate counterclockwise allows for retraction, while turning it clockwise allows for unfolding.
- 【EFFICIENT OPERATION】- The adjustment switch of the brake piston compression tool can quickly switch between expansion and compression modes. The operating handle allows the central ratchet to evenly distribute force in a parallel manner. At the same time, the extended handle and double rivets make the use process simple and stable. The brake piston can be easily compressed in seconds. Tip: Before expansion, it is necessary to leave a free thread to help start; Also, the distance between the two spreading plates is from 1-1/2" to 2-1/2", may not insert into some smaller caliper.
- 【HOW TO USE】- Due to the use of a ratchet mechanism in the brake piston compression tool, both expansion plates require pressure to activate the ratchet. The distance between two steel plates can be adjusted by swinging the handle, and the forward and backward adjustment can be achieved by flipping the reverse switch on the ratchet. When starting the ratchet wrench, both expansion plates need to be subjected to force. Please squeeze them in the first few swings until the size of the inserted caliper is appropriate, and then continue swinging.
- 【WIDE APPLICATION】- The brake piston compression tool is very suitable for most brake caliper ratchet devices, trucks and commercial vehicles equipped with double piston and four piston fixed brake calipers or single piston and double piston floating brake calipers, and is not suitable for drum brakes. Please note that this type of ratchet brake caliper expander will push the piston backwards and cannot twist and compress simultaneously, but this is exactly what some other brakes require.
