- SMOOTHER POWER TRANSMISSION: BlueStars Starter Generator Belt connects your drive clutch to your starter generator, and our Drive Belt will drive efficient power from the engine to the various systems in the vehicle, ensuring effective and reliable operation. They also give proper tension around your pulleys, allowing smooth rotation with lower vibrations and noises by 45% compared to standard belts.
- PERFECT FIT: This Drive Belt replaces part number #1016203. It is made perfect fit for Club Car 1992-Up DS & 2004-Up Precedent Gas Golf Carts, compatible with both electric and gasoline Golf Carts.
- SUPERIOR QUALITY: Our Belt consists of 4 layers of top-grade materials: protective Top Fabric, special EPDM Rubber, heavy-duty Aramid Fiber Cord with Adhesion Gum, and strong Fiber-loaded Rubber. This rugged-built design brings excellent resistance to damage and degradation from severe temperatures and weather conditions, protection against oil and dust, and longer durability for frequent use.
- EASY TO INSTALL: The Drive Belt and Starter Generator Belt allow for effortless attachment and detachment. Please put the belts onto the driving pulley first. Don’t use a lever to force the belts onto the pulleys but turning the pulley slowly can facilitate installation. Test running for 5 mins then readjust if needed to prevent slippage at full loading. Don’t combine new and used belts in one set which may shorten these belts’ life due to their unbalanced stretch.
- 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗬: For any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you can ask for a replacement or refund, no questions asked. Customer satisfaction is our relentless focus. Whenever problems come up, do not hesitate to let us know!
