Bala Moves 2lb Wrist and Ankle Weights, Graphite

Step it up with the Bala Moves 2lb Wrist and Ankle Weights in Graphite. Once 1lb starts to feel easy, these can take your workout to the next level. They offer enough extra resistance to challenge your walk, your Pilates flow, or your strength routine without slowing you down. Strap them to your wrists for boxing-style combos and overhead presses or move them to your ankles for leg raises and glute work. With the added weight, you'll feel your muscles working harder rep after rep. Each weight pairs a cast iron core with a silicone overmold and closes with a hook-and-loop strap for a secure, no-slip fit. They sit close to the body, so you can watch your form through squats, lunges, and everything in between. These 2lb ankle weights and wrist weights in Graphite are versatile enough to move between every workout.
