- GET MORE "THUMP": a factory installed ported sound hole gives you extra-deep bass that fills the room; it's located on the back where most cajon ports are positioned
- WHY IT MATTERS: a deep backbeat moves people and music more than almost anything; now you can bring that feeling to quieter acoustic gigs while staying in the range of volume cajons are designed for
- ADJUSTABLE STRINGS: inside are two sets of adjustable micro-coiled steel cajon strings that give you a crisp snare sound; we include a hex key to tighten or loosen the string tension screws on the bottom of the cajon
- DRIVING THE SOUND: the hardwood playing surface responds well to all dynamics and provides a warm tone; a sturdy modern composite body resonates with full projection and reflects clear sound to cut through when needed
- OF NOTE: the port is permanently secured to get the biggest bass sound; it doesn't get in the way of microphones and won't require any adjustments
- LOOKING UNDERNEATH: four silicone feet keep the cajon stable on any surface (wood, laminate, carpet, brick, concrete); these feet protect the cajon while eliminating vibrations to preserve its crystal-clear sound
- BY THE NUMBERS: this cajon measures 11 3/4" W x 19 1/2" H x 11 3/4" D and weighs 11 lbs
- THE TAKEAWAY: extra-deep, thumpy bass tone with adjustable snare effect gives you control over a wide range of sound; use for acoustic music, worship bands, outdoor jams, or recording
- THE BIG PICTURE: Meinl is a family-owned musical instrument manufacturer and brand established 1951 in Germany; our expert German designers have deep relationships with our builders to ensure you're delivered the absolute finest quality
