- 【Fast Oil Extraction】The AUTOOL OD720 utilizes advanced pneumatic technology to generate rapid vacuum suction, enabling quick and efficient oil extraction. With a vacuum level of up to 65cmHg and a maximum oil flow rate of 6.5L/min (using the Φ8 PVC needle), this unit significantly reduces maintenance time—ideal for busy auto shops and mobile mechanics. It operates solely on compressed air (6–8 bar), ensuring safety, energy efficiency.
- 【Accurate Fluid Monitoring】Equipped with a high-quality hardened transparent measuring cup, the OD720 offers excellent impact resistance, heat tolerance, and chemical durability. The cup features clear markings, allowing technicians to visually inspect oil quality and precisely measure extracted volumes. This transparency helps in early detection of contaminants or engine wear, supporting more informed maintenance decisions.
- 【Robust Build with User-Friendly】Built with a reinforced steel frame and corrosion-resistant materials, the OD720 is designed for long-term industrial use. It features a 70L storage tank, 10L measuring cup, and a storage box for tools and accessories. Four pulleys(two locking) ensure easy maneuverability around the workspace, while the integrated syringe holder and tool holders promote organized storage and quick access during work.
- 【Multiple Extraction Tools】This unit comes with five different extraction wands of varying diameters and lengths to accommodate a wide range of vehicle types—from compact cars to heavy-duty trucks. The inclusion of an adjustable oil pan allows for flexible positioning under vehicles without the need for lifts or pits, making it suitable for both professional garages and DIY enthusiasts.
- 【Comprehensive Safety Features】Safety is prioritized with built-in pressure relief valves, a check valve to prevent backflow, and a oil storage tank safety valve that automatically releases excess pressure. The unit also includes clear warnings and instructions for handling hot oil (40–60°C) and flammable liquids prohibited. Routine maintenance is simplified with accessible components, corrosion-resistant finishes, and a modular design.
- 【Three Years Warranty】For any quality problems. If OD720 has any defect, we will provide new replacement or solutions for our customers until satisfaction without delay, and provides lifetime technical support.
