• [ROTATING WHEEL] – This ratchet offers all the common wrench and ratcheting functions. In addition, a rotating wheel affixed to the ratchet head to easily tighten or loosen the nut or bolt. Branded as Easy Wheel, this rotating wheel has a foldable ring with a knob; when the ring is open, the wheel can be rotated using the knob.
