Arena Unisex Adult Elite Finger Swimming Paddle for Swim Training Lap Swimming Pool Gear for Men and Women

arena's high-quality Elite Finger Paddles training tools are designed for increasing forearm power. They improve the powerful catch phase in all four strokes. By covering only your fingers, these small hand paddles leave your palms free to ensure maximum feel of the water. While it feels almost like swimming with nothing, they provide extra resistance on your fingers that helps you to place your fingers properly in the water and to drive your stroke from the tip of your finger. Multiple strap positions provide an excellent customized fit. PVC free. Ideal for competitive and fitness swimmers.
