Mastic-Lok AF is a robust, high-build, 100% solid, and VOC-compliant mastic epoxy polyamide primer with aluminum flake, designed to excel in harsh conditions. It adheres exceptionally well to metal surfaces and existing coatings, even on marginally prepared substrates. This primer withstands severe weather, corrosion, moisture, and highly corrosive environments. It can be used to refinish aluminum, penetrates rust, and resists further deterioration in extreme conditions due to its aluminum flake content.
- One-Coat Application: Apply a single layer for coverage
- Corrosion Protection: Forms a nearly impervious barrier against corrosion
- Edge Coverage: Provides excellent film thickness on edges
- Chemical Resistance: Offers superior resistance to chemicals
- Versatile Use: Ideal for both maintenance and new construction projects
- Re-Coat Flexibility: Allows for extended time between coats
- V.O.C. Compliance: Meets VOC regulations in all districts
