| Instructions | Before first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle base. To use, lean over a sink and tilt your head slightly to one side. Insert the nozzle into the opposite nostril, pointing it away from the center of the nose. Press the base of the nozzle for three seconds to release the mist or rinse. Remove the nozzle and gently blow your nose. Repeat on the other side if needed. You may also use one to three short bursts per nostril. After each use, clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse, and dry. This product is intended for single-user use only. Do not puncture or incinerate the can, as it is pressurized. |
