12" Double Sided Drum Practice Pad, Standard Silicone/Silent Marshmallow

The Meinl Double Sided Practice Pad combines versatility and convenience with a reversible design. One side features standard silicone for realistic rebound, while the near-silent Marshmallow foam on the other side absorbs stick sound and reduces rebound for strength training. It’s perfect for all types of practice—day or night—without needing multiple pads.

• TWO-IN-ONE PAD: reversable pad with standard silicone on one side and near-silent "Marshmallow" workout foam on the other; covers all bases for any type of practice need
• WHY IT MATTERS: one practice pad is more convenient than two; just flip over when it's time to work on something new or quiet things down late at night
• SILICONE SIDE: for regular practice with life-like rebound similar to a drum head so your muscle memory transfers seamlessly
• MARSHMALLOW SIDE: this is Meinl's quietest practice pad; a special "Marshmallow" foam surface absorbs stick sound and reduces spring-back for extra strength training
• ONE BIG THING: the marshmallow foam strengthens your muscles more than traditional gum rubber pads with its reduced rebound; the feel is similar to playing on a cloth car seat or loose tension floor tom
• SPECS: 12" diameter pad; 6 mm thick medium-soft silicone, 20 mm thick Marshmallow foam, 18 mm thick modern composite base
• THE TAKEAWAY: practice like regular and build muscle strength at any hour, all with one pad
• THE BIG PICTURE: Meinl is a family-owned musical instrument manufacturer and brand established 1951 in Germany; our expert German designers have deep relationships with our builders to ensure you're delivered the absolute finest quality
