1/2” Diameter x 1-1/2” Length x 1/8” Pilot Hole 60 Grit Zirconia Straight/Untapered Cartridge Roll, 10 Pack, Includes 1x CR-9 Mandrel

The Pro-Graad 1/2” x 1-1/2” Premium Zirconia Straight/Untapered Cartridge Roll (60 Grit, 10 Pack) is a versatile and durable abrasive solution designed for precision grinding and polishing in hard-to-reach areas. Crafted with premium, high-quality German manufactured Zirconia abrasive, these cartridge rolls deliver exceptional stock removal, making them ideal for tasks such as deburring, smoothing rough surfaces, and removing fillet weld seams. Featuring a spiral-wound construction with a resinoid-coated abrasive grain on a robust cloth backing, the rolls are designed for maximum performance. As the outer layer wears, fresh abrasive grains are exposed, ensuring consistent cutting power and a long service life. This design makes them particularly well-suited for precision finishing on curved or contoured surfaces, as well as sanding and grinding in tight spaces such as pipes, tubes, and small openings. The rolls are equipped with a grooved conical arbor for self-clamping, ensuring secure attachment during use and easy replacement when necessary. This feature, combined with their ability to operate at speeds of up to 18,000 RPM, provides reliability and efficiency in demanding applications. These cartridge rolls are highly effective for use on stainless, metal, wood, plastic, and other materials, making them ideal for industries such as metalworking, fabrication, and maintenance. To ensure optimal results, always grind with the tip rather than the surface to prevent heat damage and maintain adhesive integrity. The Pro-Graad cartridge rolls are a dependable, high-performance abrasive solution for precision tasks in challenging environments.
